Our latest test exercise at site confirmed wet steam to be less than 2% or of Dryness Fraction of 0.98; which is good and within acceptable range of below 3% for our user.
Interesting too was to note the presence of in-condensable gases of 23% in equipment. Air being a barrier to heat transfer should be removed from steam systems.
